CHINA PROMOTION LTD / CP EXHIBITION

EXHIBITION / EVENT experience since 1980:
China Promotion Ltd (CPL) / CP Exhibition (CPE) was established in Hong Kong in 1976 with a paid up capital of US$2.5 million.  Its major business activity is organizing exhibition in China and Vietnam.  With 20 staffs in the Hong Kong head office, it also has branch offices in Beijing, Singapore, and Vietnam; and representatives’ offices in Australia, Canada, France, Germany, India, Italy, Japan, Korea, Pakistan, Russia, Spain, Taiwan, UK, and USA.

CHINA:
 In 1980, China Promotion Ltd (CPL) launched its first exhibition “USA Electronic” in China.  Since then, CPL has been achieving success in a broad range of topics in China: Beijing, Shanghai, Langfang, Shenyang, Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Hangzhou, Wuhan, and Taiyuan, as well as Hong Kong.

 Since 1984, the leading show, "Aviation Expo/China" in Beijing has been successfully held for 12 event  “China Police Expo” in Beijing approved by China Ministry of Public Security was conducted satisfactory with helicopter demonstration and Mr. Luo Gan (羅幹) as the VIP.

 In 2006, CPL joined with Hong Kong Trade Development Council to organize the first event of “Hong Kong International Medical & Health Care Fair”

VIETNAM:
CPE first entered Vietnam in 1990 with major events in both Hanoi and Hochiminh City, e.g. the largest exhibition in Vietnam “Textile and Garment Machinery” follow by “Oil/Gas and Electricity”, “Medical and Beauty” and  “Coal, Mining and Metal” expo.

HI-TECH CEO:
Mr. Andrew Kay, Managing Director of CP Exhibition China Promotion Ltd; Honorary Secretary and Chairman of the Training Committee of Hong Kong Exhibition & Convention Industry Association (HKECIA), Deputy Secretarial General of China Convention & Exhibition Society, Consultant of Beijing Tsing Hua University, Guangzhou Convention & Exhibition Industry Association & Macau Fair & Trade Association. 

He was graduated from University of Arizona with Master of Science in Physics (Optics) in 1973.  He has taken graduate programs in Stanford University Business School in USA, Tsinghua University Computer Graduate School in China, Chinese University of Hong Kong, HKPC and Singapore SACEOS for Management, Finance, Internet, PR Marketing in the last ten years.  Lately, he was awarded another Master of Science in Financial Engineering from City University of Hong Kong, and Doctor of Business Administration DBA (exhibition) from the Hong Kong Polytechnic University. His doctorate dissertation is on “International Trade Show Organizers in China”.
