China's latest aircraft to be displayed at Beijing aviation exhibition
Beijing, 23 August: The models of China's latest manufactured Chao-7
aircraft, new type advanced training aircraft, and other military aircraft will
be shown at an international aviation exhibition scheduled from 17 to 20
September in the Beijing International Exhibition Centre. In the meantime, the
exhibits will also include multifunctional radar, a digital map system, a
multifunctional liquid crystal display, ejection seats, and protective armours,
which all fully display China's achievements in aviation electronics, life
protection, and lifesaving.
This exhibition is held two times a year, and the upcoming one is the 10th. More
than 160 manufacturers from 21 countries and regions will participate in the
exhibition. A Zhongguo Qingnian Bao report says today that the upcoming
exhibition will cover a display area of 10,000 sq metres. The United States,
France, Britain, Germany, Italy, the Netherlands, and Russia will form a
national exhibition team each to participate. The China Aviation Industrial
Corporation and the China Aviation Equipment Import and Export Corporation, both
acting as the host, will display their latest achievements in a display area
larger than all previous exhibitions.
